A different kind of Snickers 🙂

This wonderful snack was born on an October day last year when I was still in the process of Co-creation with the Universe from within the Journey towards my Divine Essence and while experimenting with various recipes.

Ingredients:

– coconut flakes approx. 100-150 g
– approx. 100-150 g peanut butter (the one in the picture is homemade obtained by blending the hazelnuts), sesame paste/ something else at your choosing
– honey/ coconut oil 1-2 teaspoons
– approx. 150-200 g of chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 52%

How to co-create it:

Melt the chocolate in a dry bowl placed on top of a bowl of boiling water.
Prepare a container with a baking sheet and spread the peanut butter evenly to the thickness of a finger, then close the container and put it in the freezer for a few minutes to solidify.
Meanwhile, prepare in a bowl the mixture of coconut flakes + 1-2 tablespoons of honey/ coconut oil (both can be added in proportion to taste).Then remove the butter and add it over the coconut flakes evenly and put it back in the freezer for a few minutes.
Remove the dough from the cold and cut it into the desired shape and size. Then you will prepare the shapes to be immersed in the chocolate bath, and in this case we finish faster, or you can grease it with melted chocolate on one side and put it to solidify and repeat the process for the other side.
After the cooling time, place a few pieces of Snickers on a plate, and get to work 😋
