Home made Bread 😋

This wonderful snack was born on an November day last year when I was still in the process of Co-creation with the Universe from within the Journey towards my Divine Essence and while experimenting with various recipes.
It represents one of the several types and forms of bread created according to the inspiration of that moment, with small changes in the ingredients and the way of preparation.

Ingredients:

- flour approx. 500 g
- water 100-120 ml (cold or warm)
- salt 2-3 tea spoons (not normal spoons)
- brown or normal sugar about 5-7 cubes
- 1 sachet of dry or normal yeast (7g)
- 1-2 tablespoons sunflower or olive oil
- optional (thyme, oregano, poppy, sesame, rosemary, etc.)

How to co-create it:

  • Put in a bowl water, yeast, salt, sugar, spices and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
  • For startes add 150-250g of flour and mix well either by hand or with a spoon or something.
  • Then add the flour continuously from those 500g and in the meantime add the oil.
  • Start kneading by hand as soon as possible for 5-7 minutes. until it is homogenized as completely as possible. Here you can add a little more flour if it sticks to your hand.
  • Grease the same container or another + the dough with oil, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 40 minutes. - 1 hour depending on the heat in the room.
  • Grease a pan with oil, put the dough + grease with oil and leave for another 30 minutes. leavened covering with a lid. Here, effective baking can also be done in the oven, depending on your preference.
  • After 30 minutes. Depending on how the dough has grown, it can be rolled into the desired shape and size.
  • The fire is lit at a low level (preferably on a small eye) and with the lid on it is left for the first time approx. 15 min. on one side and approx. 10 min. on the other side. Here it will be checked for both sides near the end of time, so as not to burn too hard, adjusting in time according to the pan you have and the chosen eye.
  • The final step is to leave it to cool down by placing the bread on a plate, either vertically to keep it crispy, or unwrap it in several pieces leaning against the edge of the plate for a few minutes.
