Ingredients:

– approx. 10 pieces of dates
– nuts/ almonds/ peanuts 100g
– coconut oil 1-2 spoons
– approx. 180-200g chocolate (preferably at least 52% cocoa)
– oat flakes approx. 100g
– cocoa 2-3 spoons
– sunflower oil / coconut oil for melted chocolate, 1-2 teaspoons

How to co-create it:

Melt the chocolate in a dry bowl placed on top of a bowl of boiled water + coconut oil/ sunflower 1-2 teaspoons (optional).
Put the pieces of dates + walnuts in a bowl of hot water and soak for 20 minutes (Imaginea 1).

**Dates and nuts after time in the water**

Put the oatmeal in a blender/ mixer to make oatmeal + cocoa and pour into a bowl (picture 2).

Drain the dates and nuts, remove the dates and then blend until the composition is homogeneous.
Gradually add the oatmeal composition with cocoa and add the coconut oil gradually until the composition becomes a little sticky (picture 3).

Shape the dough into the desired shapes and then place them one by one in the chocolate bath (picture 4, 5 and 6).

**Dough modeling and chocolate bathing!**

Place on a plate and place in the freezer for 30 minutes - 2 hours (picture 7 and 8).

Remove from the cold and can serve it on a plate!
