Ingredients:
– dates 3-4
– ripe bananas 3-4 pcs.
– approx. 2-4 spoons of peanut butter (the one in the picture above is prepared by the house by blending the hazelnuts), sesame paste/ something else at your choosing
– coconut oil 1-2 teaspoons
– few pieces of chocolate
– rising 15-20 (optional)
– cocoa 3-4 spoons by taste
How to co-create it:
- Grind the bananas well in a bowl.
- Add cocoa and after mixing add the peanut butter.
- Put the pieces of dates + raisins + coconut oil and mix.
- Grease the pan with a little coconut oil or sunflower, pour the dough and leave with the lid on for about 10-15 minutes depending on the desired consistency. More time equals better baking.
- Sprinkle raisins and pieces of chocolate of your choice on top (picture 2).
- After cooling, it can be placed on a plate and enjoy it! (picture 3).
